Canajoharie is located on Erie Canal about halfway between Waterford and Three Rivers. It is a small village that offers numerous resources. There is a canal wall that provides numerous amenities and it is just a short walk to town.

Riverfront park is located on the southern shore just east of Lock E14 near the Route 10/Church St. bridge. There is docking on the floating docks as well as on eastern side where Canajoharie Creek meets the canal.
