Enlarged Old Erie Canal Lock 33
St. Johnsville is also home to lock 33 of the former Enlarged Erie Canal. Located on the southern shore in St. Johnsville, this little area offers a dock for boaters to tie up to and go explore. This is a enlarged double lock, and has been cleaned by volunteers and now makes for a nice lunch spot with a bench facing the river.
